Confirm a date that works for your club and your facility – consider a backup location if appropriate.

Team Scheduling

We take care of all scheduling. We ask for team names, practice times and email addresses for both the coach(es), manager(s) and parents. Once the schedule is finalized, we will schedule a quick call to confirm it with you and make any necessary changes.

Team picture times are adjusted to the team sizes to keep picture day organized and efficient.

Ordering

Online ordering is open a few days before Media Day. A link to personalized player galleries is emailed to all the parents on the team.

A PDF version of the price list is available for electronic distribution.

We Come to Your Location

We are equipped with professional lighting, benches, backdrops, and props to set up a mobile studio at your location.

Designated photo stations staffed with professional photographers and assistants are provided for a fun and efficient media day.

Our staff size is adjusted according to your Club's size.

We offer modern sport themed backdrops or use your natural environment.

Photo Delivery Options

We offer two convenient delivery methods:

Packages are delivered to the club in designated team boxes for easy distribution by the coach or manager.

Packages can be shipped directly to parents' homes.

Photo orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks.
